What we are

A foreign trade company: we buy and sell in our own name. The buyer receives an invoice from JEAR, a container consolidated by JEAR and a set of documents issued by JEAR. The factory receives JEAR's order once the buyer has already paid its deposit, and is paid by JEAR on the same schedule on which the buyer pays. We are answerable for what we sell. If a buyer cannot pay in advance, we can also work as an agent: the factory invoices the buyer directly and JEAR charges a commission agreed in writing.

What we are not

We have no warehouse or stock of our own: every container is produced or prepared to order (some factories, such as the stationery one, ship from their warehouse in Ningbo) and travels from the factory to the buyer's port without passing through Spain. We do not sell retail or to private individuals. We do not represent a single brand; we choose the factory that best serves each line.

How we are organized

A team in Madrid handles purchasing, sales, logistics and export documents. Our own system links each customer order with the factory's proforma, our proforma, the payments, the inspection, the shipments and the documents, in the same file.
